Dear Soul,

Today, the road may have seemed steep, and you feel alone.

Someone you trust has disappointed you.

God sees your tears... He feels your pain.

He longs to comfort you,

for He is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

 God loves you so much

that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die in your place.

He will forgive you for every sin you committed

if you will are willing to turn from them.

 Maybe you feel,

"He won't forgive my sins for they are too great,

you don't know the sins I've committed,

I strayed too far from His love."

I understand your thoughts, dear soul.

I too, felt unworthy, undeserving of His love.

I  knelt at the foot of the cross, pleading for mercy,

but such is the grace of our God.

The Scripture says,

"...I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance."

             ~Mark 2:17

Soul, that includes you and I.

No matter how deep into the pit you have fallen,

God's grace is deeper still.

The dirty, despondant souls dying in their sins

He came to save.

He'll reach out His hand to hold yours!

With every heart bowed,

raise up your hand if you can say with me,

"I am a sinner!  I've been a sinner all of my life,

and I want to be forgiven!"

Maybe you are an alcholic, you've mistreated your wife.

You regret the mistakes of your past,

lift up your hand, dear soul...

God bless you, brother!

Are there any other sinners here tonight?

Maybe some of you are like that fallen sinner,

she was a prostitute, the talk of the town.

With a veil around her face she came to Jesus,

knowing He was the One who could save her.

With tears streaming  down her face

she wet His feet with her tears,

and wiped them with her hair.

He said to her, "your sins which are many are forgiven."

Soul, can HEe say that of you tonight?

Some of you, have tears streaming down your face now

as you can relate to her.

Maybe you're not a prostitude of your body,

but of  your time...

your money... your faith.

You've given yourself  to unworthy cause

or sold yourself for a lesser value for whatever the reason.

You're as guilty as she was,

but the same Jesus that has forgiven her

will forgive you tonight.

One day we will stand before the Lord,

transparent in His presence.

Our life will be revealed,

every thought, every word, every motive of our heart

will be before Him to be judged.

Slip up your hand if you can say with me,

"I've tried it on my own, I made a mess out of my life."

God bless dear soul!

You made your share of mistakes, but He loves you!

Whenever I pass a cemetary, I remember my time will come.

It might be the end of the road for some of you pretty soon.

Maybe you thought about giving your life to Christ,

but put it off for one reason or another.

Whatever the reason, today is the day of Salvation,

harden not your hearts.

Tonight, I want to give you an opportunity to make peace with God.

You can find forgiveness

and have your name written in the Book of Life.

In that day no excuses will count,

R.S.V.P is required.

"And whosoever was not found written in the Book of Life

was cast into the Lake of Fire."

Soul, is your name written there tonight?

The Scripture says,

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,

and shalt believe in thine heart

that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

             ~ Romans 10:9

Right now, wherever you are you can bow your head,

and commit your life to Christ.

You can begin a relationship with Him

by praying a prayer such as the following:

"O God, I am a sinner.

I am sorry for my sins.

Please forgive me.

I want to turn from my sin.

I receive Jesus Christ as my Savior;

I confess Him as my Lord

from now on, I want to follow Him.

In Jesus' name, Amen."

If you have received the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Savior

after reading this invitation, please let us know.

We would love to hear from you. Your first name is sufficient.

Welcome to the family of God!

We are excited about your decision to accept Christ as your Savior,

and would like to encourage you to find a local church that you could be a part of

to help you grow in your new walk with Him.

Also, we encourage you to develop a personal relationship with Christ
