Scene of An Accident

Terrible Car Accident | Bad Car Crash

My last night on earth. I remember the party.

Then in an instant, like a dream playing in slow motion

the bright glare of the vehicle approaching in the darkness.

I had no time to give God a thought.

I didn't have time to think,

let alone to ask Him for forgiveness.

It all happened so fast.

The sirens, the lights.

People hovering over my mangled body.

"It's too late ... too late," one says so sadly

as she tried to resuscitate me.

My life on earth is over.

No time for a second chance.

Sorrow shakes my father's voice holding back the tears.

"Yes, that's my boy..." he says reluctantly,

 acknowledging his worst fear.

Death seemed so distant then

to a teen so full of life.

No papa! Don't feel that way!

It was my fault, my guilt...

WHAT AM I DOING IN HELL?!

What have I done that was so awful

to be thrown in such a place!?

I hate you Satan! You lied to me!

You said I'll be with my friends,

that we'll party day and night.

There's no friends here!

No party, you liar!

All I hear are the groaning of souls

crying out in the darkness.

How could I've been so stupid?

Let me die, God... let me die!

I can not bear the thought of losing you mama.

There was no chance to say goodbye.

I just wanted to be cool then,

to blend in the crowd.

I'm among the crowd now, mama.

There's no exits here in hell.

Dear Soul,

Every day, thousands of young people

like yourself die without Christ.

Their lives are suddenly snuffed out

without giving any thought of eternal life.

The Scripture says,

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."

                  ~ Romans 3:23

Soul, that includes you and me.

Only when we realize the awfulness of our sin against God

and feel its deep sorrow in our hearts,

can we turn from the sin we once loved

and receive the Lord Jesus as our Savior.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus

and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead,

thou shalt be saved."

                   ~ Romans 10:9

Don't fall asleep without Jesus

until you are assured of a place in heaven.

Tonight, if you would like to receive the gift of eternal life

first you must believe in the Lord.

You have to ask for your sins to be forgiven

and put your trust in the Lord.

To be a believer in the Lord, ask for eternal life.

There's only one way to heaven and that's through the Lord Jesus.

That's God's wonderful plan of salvation.

You can begin a personal relationship with Him

by praying from your heart a prayer such as the following:

"O God, I am a sinner.

I am sorry for my sins.

I want to turn from my sin.

I receive Jesus Christ as my Savior;

I confess Him as my Lord.

From now on I want to follow Him.

In Jesus' name, Amen."

If you have received the Lord Jesus as your Savior

after reading this invitation, please let us know.

We would love to hear from you. Your first name is sufficient.

We'll leave the light on for you...

Welcome to the family of God!

We are excited about your decision to accept the Lord Jesus as your Savior,

and would like to encourage you to find a local church that you could be a part of

to help you grow in your new walk with Him.

Also, we encourage you to develop a personal relationship with the Lord

by reading the Scriptures and praying to Him often.

Talk to Him as you would talk to a dearest friend.

He desires that closeness and intimacy with you!

"He shall feed his flock like a shepherd:

he shall gather the lambs with his arm,

and carry them in his bosom,

and gently lead those that are with young."

                 ~ Isaiah 40:11
